    What is this? This is a package for 12 Personal Training Sessions with Jermaine. You can use these 12 sessions with Jermaine either in-person or online. This package comes with 1 complimentary additional session where you will receive a movement assessment either virtually or in person. During your assessment is our time to discuss your goals, expectations and movement concerns. Once your assessment is done, I will make a custom exercise plan for you that we can complete in 1 hour or less, 3 or more times per week. I have over 15 years of training experience, I have coached people in bodybuilding competitions, MMA (UFC), wrestling, and boxing and I'm here to help you unlock your dream body.
