About Kateri

I am NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and USA Boxing Coach.
I have over 20 years of experience in training and sports including lacrosse, basketball, swimming, and martial arts, as well as over 14 years of weight lifting, power lifting, and circuit training experience.

I utilize my background and experience to create unique training plans that meet the needs and goals of each and every client! Ensuring they not only achieve results but stay engaged and enjoy the process!

My mission is to help clients achieve goals they have always wanted to do or didn't think was possible! Whether that's working out for the first time, learning a new workout style/skill, or getting in shape to complete a two week trek to the summit of one of the tallest mountains in the world at the age of 63 (true client story - she crushed that trek!). I love to push myself and try new things to see what I can do and achieve! And I feel the same way about helping clients achieve their own goals! There is nothing quite like when you finally accomplish something; knowing all the work, time, and consistency you put into it paid off. That genuine smile and confidence that each success gives you is just as fun and intoxicating every time! It makes you want to push a little bit harder to see what else you can do!
