I am an in home and online personal trainer focused on training Men and Women 50 +. I have 15 years experience with in home training and now online training as well. Fitness is a lifestyle and I try to teach my clients to eat well and exercise as often as possible! No one is perfect, but if we can continually move, and eat healthy, the results are always positive.

I live an active lifestyle and enjoy cycling, lifting, hiking and live music. Country seems to be my genre of choice these days. Before training I was a headhunter for many years. Then I decided to do something I love-help others get healthy too!
