This is a top Tier program that includes the basics taught from creating healthy habits, establishing a fitness regimen, and now including the elements of nutrition. We will start with the basics after assessing your nutritional intake and habits. Each week we will work towards healthier eating habits, nutritional swaps, and macro calculations and tracking for optimal results for a total health transformation. This tier will include weekly texting and app check in's from the coach as well as you being held accountable for tracking your nutrition. You will also get a weekly call or text to assess you goals, celebrate your wins, and check in on un-healthy habits. This is where long-term goals are met and your health benefits will shine. In this Tier of coaching, we will combine the healthy habits with daily fitness routine. You will get new workouts scheduled 3-5 days a week with movement instructions the other days of the week. Workouts will be designed based on your equipment availability and level. We will work toward progression overload as you work from basic movement to more complex movements for optimal workouts. This coaching includes weekly messages, text to assess the week and establish the goals for the following week.
This is a 4-week video instruction program to follow to strengthen and stretch the hips and core for more fluid golf movements.
