I love fitness and nutrition! My love for fitness started in middle school. I loved basketball. So it started with building my muscles in my leg, so I could jump higher. From there the rest is history. After I reached a 36 inch vertical jump my sophomore year, I continued learning and experimenting with fitness and nutrition. It's been an amazing journey. I enjoy teaching people what I have learned along the way. Now I'm dedicated to helping others reach their fitness and nutrition goals. I've done stages of body building. And now nutrition, strength and weight loss is my passion.
