About Robbie

I’m British but now (like many others) residing
in sunny Sydney. I’ve always had a passion for fitness and the benefits it can bring. I’ve spent the last decade helping people incorporate fitness into their hectic lifestyles. I feel privileged to earn a living by coaching people to become fitter, healthier, happier and stronger versions of themselves.

Outside of fitness I’m also a wannabe gourmet chef, film enthusiast, craft beer drinker and a dancer with absolutely no rhythm whatsoever.
