Over the years I have developed deep appreciation of movement and how we can interact with the world. I have a hollistic approach with my training where I am looking to increase my movement capacity via strength and mobility. This is important to me so I can particpate in daily activity and to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The increase in movement capacity is an increase in the ability to express oneself in any physical interest/domain. It allows us to connect more with ourselves and with each other.
I like to get abit philosphical with my connection to training. But simply put, I like to help beginners develop and appreciation for movement - to make training exciting and apart of their lives. For more advanced individuals, I aim to effectively develop and reach specific goals - taking their training to the next level.
