Christina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and a KIPS Core Performance Specialist. She has spent over 20 years working full-time as a personal trainer and fitness instructor teaching: pilates, yoga, strength training and Spinning. In addition to personal training Christina has spent over 6 years working as a physical therapist assistant and a sports chiropractic assistant. This clinical experience allowed her to work with clients with physical ailments including: lower back pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain and chronic overuse sports injuries.
Christina is the creator of Fitness in Balance. Her training methods focus on sustainable and smart training that address muscle imbalances, proper biomechanics, injury prevention and athletic performance and conditioning. Her goal is to assess clients and help them develop a more optimal strategy for weight loss, posture, movement and physical training in a completely individualized way.
Christina’s training philosophy is structured around working SMARTER not harder. Christina combines the latest research with decades of experience working with clients in the real world to offer solutions that help clients reach their goals in a realistic and sustainable way.
