At the age of ten I discovered tennis and fell in love with the game, I have been playing ever since! I played on the college tennis team my first two years and then worked as a tennis coach. My experience and passion translated into my coaching skills. I decided to take my knowledge to the next level and became a CPT through NASM, specializing in cardiovascular and resistance training. I focus on teaching my clients proper form while training to ensure effectiveness and injury prevention while also making workouts fun! My objective is to motivate, keep you accountable and get you results!
