Allow me to introduce myself as Coach Jen = )
I have enjoyably been coaching others through their fitness journey since 2009. I can genuinely say that there is no greater feeling as a coach than to help inspire & guide others towards living their healthiest and strongest life ever while teaching you how to live a balanced and enjoyable life at the same time. We do not need to diet and deprive ourselves to feel and look our best!
My fitness background began with my own journey. I was overweight as a kid and teenager. I have lost 80 plus lbs through my own journey & I have been able to keep it off 2 kids later. I have never felt better, stronger, healthier and leaner than I do today in my mid 30s. & if I could go back in time and do things differently through my own journey, I would train wiser without having to deprive myself with many different diets & hours of unnecessary cardio.
My goal as a coach is to teach others how to achieve great results, whether weight loss, or weight gain, wanting more energy , growing more muscle, strengthening and growing your glutes etc. Whatever your goal is,I can guide you through a safe and effective training and nutrition approach that will not only help you achieve great results, but will give you lasting knowledge to help you live a healthy and stronger life for ever.
