Online coaching / Programming Includes Video review of lifting performance in training ( of course that relies on the client sending videos over ), with ongoing technical feedback through lifts. The Programming structure is based around your personally circumstances;training frequency,training time that can be allocated, Movement inhibitions etc . Personal goals/targets/outcomes. Along with specific selection based on area of your lifting/ technique that may require attention in order to best progress.

Boost Strength and Size program The program is upper body focus to build muscle and strength in the torso. with full body training included. Program contains 4 x training sessions Weekly changes in sets and reps etc mobility plan
This plan is designed to improve your glutei strength, we will be working it from all angles making it as strong as possible. We will be focusing on 3 main movements - Squat, Deadlift & Hip Thrust, please note you can adapt this workout to Dumbbells should barbells not be an option for you. Then we will be working your entire body to make sure you feel toned everywhere. There are 3 sessions per week which rotate every 2 weeks. Are you ready for results? then lets go!!
