Welcome! My name is Erin. I'm 34 years old, an RDH, a mama to a beautiful 2 year old daughter, and I have a life goal to inspire and uplift others to be their best selves. My personal fitness journey has included many ups and downs from knee injuries, to pregnancy, to c-section recovery, to cancer, radiation, and hysterectomy recovery. I feel I can use my personal experiences to help others trying to overcome similar physical and emotional barriers that come with trials they've faced.

My goal as a personal trainer is to create happiness in my clients that overflows into self-confidence, kindness, and love towards themselves and others. I want to help others overcome obstacles they don't think are possible. I look forward to working with you and creating a unique plan to fit your lifestyle.
