Over the years, I have made it my mission to help others - it is innate in my DNA. The BacaBuilt method was created after years of exploring other modalities that never checked all the boxes. Today more than ever, we are a “one-stop shop” type of society. I made it my goal to create a method that appeals to all people based on lifestyle. FitLogic & BacaBuilt are constantly evolving as I am continuously exploring movement.
