A lifelong dancer, I wholeheartedly believe that movement is a necessary component of physical and mental wellness, and self-personal expression. I am convinced that exercise doesn’t have to be a daunting task, and I take pride in designing sessions that are fun, yet challenging, educational, and effective.

With over 20 years in the Health and Fitness industry, I have coached countless individuals in achieving their health, fitness, sport, and wellness goals. I am a coach that is in the trenches, sharing the journey, and leading by example. My three men (sons) can attest to this. When all three lived at home, we engaged, as a family, in healthy living, through nutrition and exercise.

With mindful techniques, I connect my client’s strengths, fuel their ambitions, and motivate them to dream in pursuit of their fitness/ health goals. Finding what is "SEXY" for them and developing a strategy to achieve it. My ideal client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work toward it. Age, medical diagnosis, nor injury should define what one feels, looks, or moves like.
