Over the years I have spent a lot of time in the gym. I wanted to find a way to get great results in less time and get back the 1000's of hours wasted. This program will save you time and money - no more commuting an hour to the gym, then working out for an hour and half, waiting on equipment, to finally commute back home or to work. And that is how The 5 Minute Workout was born. It was designed to get the job done. We will keep you on track, welcome you into a supportive community, give you time back in your day, and make exercising enjoyable, and ultimately help you feel great. The program is systematically designed to work muscle groups in a specific order that aims to get you the best results in a low impact way. I love these workouts. It's still hard to believe the results I get working out 5 minutes a day and I want to share that with you!
Also for those whose who want a more traditional workout we have a Certified Personal Trainer available to take you through group coaching as part of the membership. As well as, one-on-one training and diet/nutrition advice available for a separate fee.
