Through 10 years of experience and various high caliber certifications, he has fine-tuned his ability to help students with physical and mental strength, general conditioning, pre/post injury rehabilitation and nutrition coaching. By offering a holistic approach to fitness, Julio focuses not only building exercise programs but on lifestyle and habit adjustment.

Certifications : NCSF-CSC, StrongFirst Elite instructor, Pn L1, USAW, ViPR, FMS L1, and Animal Flow.

Specialties include: Strength and conditioning, pre/post rehab, boxing, powerlifting, pre/post natal exercises, nutrition coaching and habit adjustment. Julio is an avid indoor and outdoor rock climber, BJJ competitor, powerlifting competitor, wakeboarder, boxer, and snowboarder.
