I’m a Canadian mama to three beautiful girls (though I might be biased), a lover of quick, effective workouts, and a low-maintenance foodie who believes in keeping things simple.

I’m also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Nutrition Coach with over ten years of experience helping women transform their health. But my perspective completely shifted when I became a mom myself.
