    45-MINUTE FULL-BODY CLASSES!!! (June 2nd - ) Four Weeks New classes are posted on your Xtreme Fitness APP by Mondays and Thursdays 7:00am Led by Certified Personal Trainer Andrew! You will also have access to April classes. My class consists of strength, stretch and cardiovascular training. I vary the exercises and format for every workout so each one will be different for YOU! This bootcamp is designed to push you harder than you would push yourself on your own. Each workout will target the entire abdominal/lower lumbar core, legs, arms, chest, backs and shoulders in a different manner. My goal is for you to incorporate my bootcamp into your regular routine and promote fitness for life! You will become stronger and increase your metabolism, range of motion of joints, endurance, and ENERGY! Let this four-week class session help you focus on zoning in on your early Spring 2024 goals. Classes are posted on our private Bootcamp Group Calendar on your downloadable Xtreme Fitness APP or through your web browser! The workout will be posted on your calendar and you may complete it any time/ any day! FINALLY, you will also have full access to the rest of the Xtreme Fitness APP built for our Bootcamp class community. The MESSAGING APP creates a healthy community atmosphere where all participants can contribute positive comments and fitness accomplishments. With your profile you may track meals/calorie intake, personal goals/habits, body stats, and sync up your Apple Watch, FitBit, etc. I will also be making extra APP workouts and video clips to help motivate you along the way throughout each week!

  • Tennis Lesson at RaNic Golf Club

    Individual and Small Group Lessons Address: 189 Pleasant Grove Road, Ithaca. www.ranic.org My one-hour session will focus on your particular goals! There will be a variety of drills for covered strokes to reinforce proper technique and improves everyone's confidence in the game! You will hit lots of balls and have loads of fun!   • Facetime/Skype Personal Training

    / 60 min / one time

    Too busy to head out of your home for a workout? Virtual personal training may be the answer for you as it provides 100% convenience and flexibility in your schedule! Options for you are Facetime/Skype with each session for this option lasting 60 minutes. Meet with me at least once per week and I will provide you with cardio and weight training homework to help you meet your goals! You will also have my downloadable fitness APP where you may track nutrient stats and take pictures of your meals, body stats, and sync up your fitness devices to help keep you more accountable. Great option to work out from your home if you have a crazy schedule or travel often. We can train while you are on the road!
