Your workouts will be very similar to the ones we are doing in my gym, just with the equipment you have on hand. This online program is 8 weeks long with strength training as the main focus and a tiny bit of cardio included. My hopes are that you will feel stronger, more confident, and most of all healthier. While this program mainly uses dumbbells, you can easily replace those with a barbell for the main lifts if you have access to one.
