Hi, my name is Sean and I’m a Personal Trainer and Online coach. For the past 10 years, I have dedicated my life to health & fitness. I have learnt to grow a significant amount of trust in myself by using the most efficient, up to date, safest & evidence based methods to ensure all my clients achieve not only their best results physically, but also mentally. But that’s not it, having gone through low points in my life, struggling to find motivation, struggled to reach a level of happiness and confidence, I realised that we are all human, I put myself out there and took on any obstacle that came in my way. This has essentially given me the drive to help people get to where they deserve to be. I’m not your standard coach though, as I take a go deeper and analyse your external factors that contribute to your transformation, I monitor your sleep, gut health, nutrition and mindset as they all play a pivotal role in your day to day performance. My motivation to continuously learn has given me confidence to guarantee results through a structured approach.
