There are no generic meal plans. Instead, we teach you how to manage your own nutrition long-term using an approach that works for you. Refund & Pause Policy Full refunds are available before the start date (minus processing fees). Within the first 7 days, refunds may be issued minus fees and a $50 administration charge. After 7 days, refunds are not available. Clients may pause once per cycle and use their remaining credit within 3 months.
