My goal is to create healthier bodies in my family, in my friends, and in my community. Fitness is a journey and there are many stepping stones along the road to success. Through intelligent program design, proper nutrition, coaching, and support, I believe ANYBODY can reach their fitness and weight loss goals. Will it happen overnight?! No! But it WILL happen. One of the focuses of my training is to remove all of the misinformation about fitness and nutrition and educate clients on how to create sustainable lifestyle changes.
