Hello! My name is Evan Lawrence and I want to help you reach your health, fitness, and wellness goals.

I am a NYC based wellness and fitness professional who has a love and passion for health, fitness, and overall wellness. I have simultaneously developed careers in fitness and psychology, and now I work in both fields, using my skills in one to compliment the other.

My focus is teaching exercise for sustained health. When you work with me I want you to understand not just the "what" but the "why" behind it.

I also specialize in helping people who feel stuck in their current state or routine. I use psychology and physiology to help people get out of their ruts and improve their physical (and sometimes mental) health.
