My passion is helping women who, for one reason or another, don't feel comfortable in a traditional gym by training their bodies and spirits to better serve their families, communities, and ministries.

A 2011 graduate of the National Personal Trainer Institute, I have subsequently earned numerous certifications in the fitness industry, including AFAA, SCW, FITOUR, ACTION, licensed to teach Zumba, POUND, INTRINITY, and many others.
