About Isaac

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer currently pursuing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at The Ohio State University. I have been actively training clients in the Columbus OH area since May 2023 when starting physical therapy school.

After having my own shoulder labrum repair surgery, I discovered my passion for the science of health, recovery, and longevity. I believe that exercise is the "best medicine" and I am excited to have the opportunity to share my knowledge with others. In my free time, I enjoy trail running, mountain biking, reading, and keeping up with my fantasy football league.
