The booty building plan is set to help you build out your glutes. It combines compound movements, as well as isolation movements, in order to lift, strengthen, and round out your glutes. This plan also includes, core work, as well as cardio and nutrition coaching.
This program is designed to help guide you through the gym in order to gain lean upper body mass. You will have instructional videos to help guide you through the workouts, and if additional help is needed, you can easily shoot Emma a message.
One hour of in-person personal training, where Emma will travel to your private gym, or, if you choose, travel to one of Emma's two gyms. After a consultation, the in-person sessions are tailored to your goals, injuries, and gym equipment, along with training, Emma will provide nutrition coaching as well.
