Life is HARD sometimes right? Do you feel like you want more out of yourself? More out of your body? More energy? More endurance, stamina, and strength?

Being in process of my OWN challenging health & fitness journey, I have a unique perspective of how challenging it can be to overcome life's obstacles, and yet still work on improving. Through this process, so far, I've learned a few key components which can and WILL transform you, just as they are transforming me:
1. How I feel about myself and the way I talk to myself make more difference than any workout program.
2. How I fuel up (what I eat), has done more good, (and more harm) than any exercise program I've found.
3. Consistency is KEY even if results are gradual, they do and are coming.
4. I am NOT my mistakes, my mental challenges, or my bad habits.
5. I am a champion. A fighter. And will keep winning no matter what I'm up against.
For context, I did not believe any of these things much even just a couple short years ago. Even though I haven't been hit with the COVID virus, the time frame we have been in since 2020 has wrecked my world in ways no vaccine could have altered.
With 2 boys under 14, and now into my 40's, I used to feel like it was 'too late' to begin a new journey, get into amazing shape, and perhaps to difficult to change a lifetime of habits which took me at times, far away from my potential of greatness. Thankfully, I've had mentors, coaches, and family who were willing to tell me I was wrong!
Now, I'm on my way back 'up' to my best self, ELEVATED from a poor belief system about health and nutrition, and a worst relationship with myself, I'm EXCITED and PASSIONATE about taking those hard earned lessons, ones you are possibly learning yourself, and helping YOU to ELEVATE your life as well.
