Steve Ngeth is a certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in sports performance, strength training, and fitness for career professionals, including tennis and golf enthusiasts. With a background in Exercise Science and certifications in Performance Enhancement (NASM PES), he designs customized programs that improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness. A former professional arena football player and NFL Combine invitee, Steve brings elite-level expertise while keeping training fun and approachable. Named a Mr. Health and Fitness 2022 Quarter Finalist, he incorporates dynamic workouts like kickboxing fitness, yoga, and mobility training to keep clients energized and empowered. Outside of training, Steve enjoys biking, outdoor workouts, kayaking, beach days, and exploring new craft beers. A proud Green Bay Packers fan, he brings the same passion and energy to his clients as he does to game day!
