About Issica

Hello, I have been into fitness my entire life. I teach zumba dance and certified. I teach Aqua fitness and certified. I have my nationals through NASM for 5+ years now. I am 47 year old and have trained since I was 18 years of age personal training and many other group fitness classes. I love educating year after year and helping other reach there fit goals. I have had 4 healthy children and they have the fit jeans lol. Also have had injuries and health issues and have worked through them and still in the game of fitness. Ibteach to elementary schools, and love working with the elderly. I have different goals year after year and love motivating others to achieve there goals.
