Experience:
I have been practicing gymnastics and skiing back growing up in Poland. When I permanently settled in the US, I got into practicing Yoga and immediately fell in love with a practice that connects mind, body and breath.

After that I got into strength training to manage problems related to my scoliosis. Scoliosis did not stop me from moving into bodybuilding and experimenting with CrossFit in safe way.

Today, I coach as a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher. My motto is to empower & challenge people through functional personalized combination of strength, mobility and flexibility training.
