About Charlie

I have always had a passion for fitness since my early twenties and over the years I have shared that passion with family and friends. After 40 years in Corporate IT sales and leadership, I shifted my focus and officially started my career as a personal trainer. I have NASM certifications as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach and currently working towards my Corrective Exercise Science certification. I enjoy traveling, outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, golf, walking my dog and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
