Bonnie is a nationally certified fitness trainer who specializes in designing performance-focused workouts tailored to specific fitness needs, goals, and unique health considerations. Her personalized programs range from High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for all fitness levels -to- creating workouts based on injury assessments, acute or chronic medical conditions, or personal healthy lifestyle goals. Bonnie’s fifteen-plus years of award-winning training experience includes prior national certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Applied Academy of Personal Training Education (AAPTE / Hofstra University). She also holds current national certifications in Personal Training, Aqua Aerobics, and Group Exercise from Youfit, in addition to specialized training credentials in TRX, Kettlebells, and Integrated Stretch.
