Andrew has a varied educational background with a BA in linguistics and an MFA in interactive design. For the past 20 years, he has lived in multiple countries including Cambodia, France, Chile, and across the US where he has studied wrestling, yoga, ballet, resistance training, Muay Thai, CrossFit, and even meditation at a zen monastery in the mountains of New Mexico. He approaches both 1-1 and group fitness with a focus on the individual, bringing his deep interest in communication and connection to a holistic practice of developing long-term habits for the mind and body.
