This is a custom personal training package of up to 4 days per week of in-person training using a combination of weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, vibration plate, and body weight to gain muscle and strength as well as burn fat.
The training for this package will be done either virtually with (6-8) sessions per month. I'm still always available for questions with the messaging feature.
Part of the training for this package will be done either virtually or in-person with (4-6) sessions per month and the remaining training sessions will be done using the app with your home equipment. I'm still always available for questions with the messaging feature.
Congratulations, you've made the best choice possible to further your rehab, fitness, and strengthening. You're still recovering from an injury and your body is continuing to heal and adapt to the new stresses your placing on it. You don't want to have to wonder if what you're doing is the right or wrong exercises. This is the perfect program to skillfully guide you through the process. You have the desire and mindset to get into fitness and strengthening but you'd like the guidance and support that I can deliver as you continue to heal. As you continue to go through the phases of healing and strengthening, your program will be specific to your injury and recovery and we will be in frequent communication about what you feel, your concerns, and your progress. I will help take you from worried, fearful, or concerned about re-injury to confident that you can do all of the activities that you've been hoping to do!
Custom made workouts made using your vibration plate and any equipment you also have available. 24/7 access to ask questions and request changes to the workouts based on your needs. Accountability with check-ins and workouts being monitored and scheduled if needed.
