Arguably the best, most complete, effective, and detailed plyometric jump training program developed. 5 weeks, 21 workouts, with a mix of properly progressing strength training workouts and jump training, power focused plyometric workouts. This sessions are VOD style allowing the athlete to following along as the trainer leads them through a video of each workout. You can watch the videos on your phone, tablet, computer, or even cast them up on the TV to follow along. This format allows for proper exercise technique demos but most importantly it gives the trainer the opportunity to teach you extremely valuable tips on "how" to jump higher!! Using principles of physics and dynamics you can leverage science to produce more force, greater accelerations, and maximize vertical velocity at take-off which means a higher jump height! Learn how to jump higher and train to jump higher at the same time. Keep in mind your training plan starts on the Monday following registration!
Pre-requisite: You must complete Phase 1: Flight School on Demand before taking on Phase 2. If you are ready then Phase 2 is designed to continue progressing where you left off. Intensity increases for both the weights you should be lifting for strength as well as the plyometric exercises you'll be performing. This 5-week program will continue to develop explosive power, speed, and quickness to later be applied to your sport.
