  • 13 Week Fitness and Nutrition Program

    This program is great if you are new to fitness and nutrition and/or need help reaching a larger goal. I will create workouts that are customized to your lifestyle and your personal fitness goals. You do not need a gym membership; I will create workouts that can be done from your own home! This is what is included: You will have 4,3-week phases that will include strength training and HIIT conditioning. Each phase will be a progression from the previous one with new workouts to challenge the body. I will give you customized macro's with a guide to help create a lifestyle, not a diet, with continual nutritional guidance throughout the full 12 weeks. A phone consult to better understand how to make a program that WILL work for you and build a better client/trainer relationship. You will have complete access to your training plan through your computer or phone (app) and every exercise will have video demonstrations. We will have weekly progress checks, but I will also stay in contact throughout the week. The best part...24/7 communication for questions and feedback!     Workin' is at Home is a 4-week program that will challenge your strength and cardio endurance to increase your muscle mass and help encourage fat loss (if in a caloric deficit) all in the comfort of your own home, with only the use of dumbells! Yep, that is all you need PLUS a friend or two to join you. Each week you will have 4 NEW workouts that include an Upper Body, Lower Body, Total Body, and Bodyweight Cardio workout. Each workout lasts 30-40 minutes but can be modified to any length of time. That is a total of 16 EFFECTIVE workouts to build muscles, burn fat, increase endurance all with minimal equipment. You also get access to: Full access to my private App for video demonstrations on every workout. Full access to my private App for you to upload progress photos and stats.   • Workin' it at Home- June

    This 4-week workout plan will have you gaining strength and building cardio endurance at home with minimal equipment. All you need are dumbbells, a bench, and minibands (optional). Each week will have a workout focused on Upper Body, Lower Body, Bodyweight Cardio, and a Total Body Circuit. These workouts will last 30-40 minutes but can be made shorter to work with your schedule.
