4 sessions per month at my Spring Branch studio location plus mobile app access for workouts throughout the week and direct access to me for questions you may have. New workouts every month. You may choose to do yoga with me in person and strength training on your own or vice versa, the choice is yours! (If you'd like me to come to your location, additional travel fees may apply.)

Meet with me to workout or practice yoga once a week at my Spring Branch studio location. Learn the moves, feel motivated and encouraged and work harder than you do on your own with my support. One session per week, 4 sessions in one month. Save 10% by booking monthly. $90 each
Expires in 30 days, save by training 2x per week with me. I come to you and train you in your home, office or gym. Learn proper biomechanics and exercise form and feel confident in your progress! (20% savings per session, $95 each)
8 in person personal training or private yoga sessions to be used in 30 days at my studio in Spring Branch (10% savings, $80 each)
