24 session are typically 2 days per week but can be used however we can schedule. Each session is 30-45 minutes long. Nutritional Guidance is included. Cancellations or Rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours before the scheduled session All sessions must be completed within 3 months of completed contract or remaining sessions will be forfeited.
