Participants will be taught how to perfect essential movements like the squat, lunge, hinge, press, pull, jump, land, plank and many more. Athletes will receive access to the app where they will find their weekly training calendar and training videos to follow along with. Training sessions in this program are twice a week and each session is approximately 30mins. Training sessions can be done at home and are able to be done at any time that best fits your schedule.

With this plan, I provide you the program (with instructional videos) and you are responsible to stay on track and keep motivated.
