While trying to recover from multiple eating disorders, I discovered strength training and began to use fitness as a tool to heal, empower myself and appreciate my body for what it was capable of doing- instead of using fitness to punish it. My goal is to help others feel good about their bodies, realize their capabilities, and learn to appreciate the many benefits of fitness.
