This Gym: Machines program is designed for all fitness levels, progressing over the 8 weeks to continue challenging gym goers with enough stimuli to continue to progress their body transformation goals. 8 weeks includes: 4 workouts (Day 1 - legs; Day 2 - push; Day 3 - pull; Day 4 - biceps, triceps, abdominals, & stabilizers) split over the week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday respectively. - Assessments at the start, week 5, and upon completion of week 8. Nutrition advice and macronutrients consultation has an extra cost.
