Like many kids growing up in the inner city of Cleveland, OH, I had dreams of one day playing in the NBA. I was fortunate enough to make it to college with the talent I had, but my life took an unexpected turn. 2 1/2 years into college, I realized it wasn't for me and moved back home. After 6 months of being home, I got in the worst shape I'd ever been in physically, emotionally and spiritually. Once I experienced feeling/looking my worst as well as my I knew I wanted to help others do the same. After getting fired from my first personal training job 10 months in, February of 2015 Do You Fitness was born to help people realize their dream body is attainable, “Just Do You".
