For the best results: a comprehensive diet and exercise plan. Dynamic workouts that change and are created just for you. And a meal plan, with full recipes, included: updated monthly. - Workouts, reference material, 1:1 communication and regular check-ins, progress tracking, and caloric tracking. All in a single app for your convenience. - Diet Plan: Full recipe meals, linked videos/articles on meal prep and cooking, and a new recipe per meal per month. - Programs start the following Monday after purchase after consultation, and last no less than 6 months.
1 in-person 60 minute training session. This workout will identify areas for improvement, cover simple compound and supplementary exercises, and mobility and stretching techniques.
This option is exclusively for Virtual Training clients who would like real-time in depth feedback. During one of your scheduled workouts we will video chat and I will provide motivation, feedback on correct form and posture, and offer tips to improve your exercising session.
