Advanced Virtual Personal Training includes highly customized and dynamic workouts created just for you, a well-rounded and comprehensive diet, and meal plans with full recipes, all in a single app for your convenience. Live Video Training: A weekly live video training session during which I will provide real-time feedback on form/intensity and answer any questions you have. Additional live training sessions are available as needed. Requirements: You must have access to a private or semi-private exercise area. This includes home/apartment/private gyms or reserved spaces. Live video sessions cannot take place in a commercial gym. Diet Plan: Full meal recipes, linked videos/articles on meal prep and cooking, and a new recipe per meal biweekly. Programs begin on the Monday after sign-up and consultation.—minimum of 6 months.

1 in-person 60 minute training session. This workout will identify areas for improvement, cover simple compound and supplementary exercises, and mobility and stretching techniques.
This option is exclusively for Virtual Training clients who would like real-time in depth feedback. During one of your scheduled workouts we will video chat and I will provide motivation, feedback on correct form and posture, and offer tips to improve your exercising session.
