This 12-week progressive training program is meticulously designed to build a strong, resilient, and mobile body. It begins with a foundational phase focused on establishing joint health and mobility through beginner-friendly compound movements and controlled holds. Phase 2 builds upon this foundation, introducing more challenging exercises and variations to enhance stability and control. Phase 3 culminates in the integration of advanced compound movements, demanding increased strength and neuromuscular coordination while maintaining the program's core principles of full range of motion and joint integrity. Throughout all three phases, the emphasis remains on proper form and gradual progression, ensuring a safe and effective training experience. This program is ideal for individuals seeking to improve their overall fitness, enhance their movement capabilities, and build a robust foundation for long-term health and performance. One-Way Communication: This is a self-guided program delivered through one-way messaging. Program materials and instructions are provided, but direct, ongoing communication with a coach is not included. Coaching Call Add-On: Personalized coaching calls are available as an optional add-on for those seeking direct guidance and feedback. Coaching calls can be purchased separately to supplement the program.
