Three 30 mins follow up sessions to address questions or concerns regarding exercise form, nutrition, or goal attainment. Weigh ins, daily motivational support, new activities to complete every week, recipe ideas for meal prep so you can still enjoy food, personal training one on one twice per week, group support from other members who sign up, and nothing short of a great experience to all who take part.
