With over 10 years of qualified personal training experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients – from scuba divers to professional ice skaters. But my true passion lies in supporting women like myself: busy professionals, many of whom are mothers, juggling work, family, and everything in between.
At Dawn Fitness, I understand first-hand how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself, let alone squeeze in a workout. But I also know the powerful impact just 30 minutes of movement can have – mentally, physically, and emotionally. Whether it’s feeling better in your body, fitting into your clothes with confidence, or simply reclaiming a moment of peace in your day, exercise can be a game-changer.
As a mum to a child with additional needs, I know life can feel non-stop. But I’ve learned to make the most of those small windows – whether it’s waking up a bit earlier or taking a break from the endless scroll. These moments add up, and they can become empowering, energising workouts that shift your whole mindset.
