The Dominator Strength Program is a proven 12 week program to improve strength in the Squat, Bench and Deadlift. This is program will build and peak your strength over three 4-week mesocycles, leading to a 1RM in Squat Bench and Deadlift. The program consists of a Heavy Bench day, Heavy Squat/Deadlift day, Light/Speed Bench day and a Light Squat day. The Heavy Squats and Deadlifts alternate fortnightly. A proven program structure that works for increasing strength in novice lifters to experienced athletes. I have used this program with numerous clients who have achieved PB's in all three lifts after one 12 week cycle. I have personally used this program to achieve my competition PB's of Squat 330kg (sleeves), Bench 227.5kg and Deadlift 330kg.
