Building Backs Better is a 30 minutes HIIT routine designed to burn calories and tone muscles. This six weeks program will also strengthen the lower and upper back muscles through a combination of bodyweight exercises and the BOSU ball.
Freedom in muscle movement as athletes, as we age or just in general is connected to the range of motion in our joints and most certainly our mobility on the pitch, on the pavement of walking in the park. The 30 minutes sessions will include a variation of the six primary movements of Flexion, Extension, Abduction, Adduction Circumduction and Rotation. Appling the principle of progressive adaptation will allow you to feel and see the increase of flexibility and mobility in your sport and day to day life.
Total body toning challenges you to use your energy to push, pull and throw as you incorporate multiple types of exercises and equipment to reach your health and fitness goal. The workout plan is chiseled out into three phases over a period of 12 weeks. You have a weekly schedule of three trainings for 30 minutes each and on the other days you can schedule active rest (walking, bike riding, hiking).
