This one week trial will help you kickstart your new routine! This week is based off of a typical foundational training phase that focuses on building a strong base of movement, muscle endurance, power, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility. You will be introduced to exercises like squats, lunges, deadlifts, push ups, rows as well as jumps, skips and throws to improve athleticism. Each week features: -3 strength workouts -2 conditioning days -2 recovery workouts to help improve mobility.
The Athletic Revival program is a pre-made program to help you revive your athleticism. The program is designed to help build and restore strength, power and mobility so that you excel at your sport, while staying healthy. Each week features: -3 strength workouts -2 conditioning days -2 recovery workouts to help improve mobility. This is a recurring program that is updated every 4 weeks. You can cancel anytime.
